We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start by requesting a return, you can fill out the return form located on the returns page found by clicking the 3 lines in the top right of your screen then selecting returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Note: Unless there was an error on our end by shipping you the wrong size or product you may be responsible for covering the cost of shipping

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized jerseys ordered with numbers, names, or club patches on them (such as special orders or personalized items), and any items labeled non-returnable in their product descriptions. We also do not accept returns for any products that we didn't directly sell to you such as items from another company or online website other than our own. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is for you to fill out the return form and once we email you back you respond as soon as possible with whatever information we need in order to start your exchange

 

If you fill out the return form and you don't get any response to your email within 4 business days please follow the steps below in order until you reach us to assure we get your return started

1. email us at support@gkjerseys.com (give us 1 full business day to respond)

2. send us a DM on Instagram @gkjerseys

3. Call us at +1 816-738-0582 and leave a voicemail   


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
